Bucida buceras - Black Olive

This tree is rarely offered on the market, but it is an excellent choice for lobbies, shopping malls, atriums, etc. It tolerates cool rooms as well as warm ones, at minimum temperatures of 10 °C. The Bucida buceras has small, filigree leaves and the tree's structure is cloud shaped. On account of the pale green it appears filigree. This tree sometimes develops small black-blue fruits, therefore its english name.
